● Dinghy lessons are offered on your own boat, or your club’s boat, if permitted by your club.
● Lessons are private, one on one, and require a boat capable of carrying yourself and the instructor.
● Unlike many sailing lessons offered, where the instructor is simply telling you how to sail the boat from another craft, the instructor will be on your dinghy with you, able to demonstrate the techniques.
● As with Keelboat lessons, options offered includes refreshers, introduction to sailing lessons and CYA courses.
● CYA courses offered include White Sail I-III, Bronze Sail IV & V and Learn to Race.

Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC)

● As of September 15, 2009, all operators of vessels with a motor, whether or not it is in use, require a Pleasure Craft Operator Card.
● Courses are offered individually or for groups. Challenges are also available. You can get your PCOC study guide from me or download the PDF off the internet.

VHF Marine Radio Operators Certificate

● Marine Radios are an inexpensive, essential safety device for all boaters. To operate marine radios, you need the Restricted Operator Certificate (Maritime), (ROC(M)).
