Lessons
Have you bought a boat or are thinking of buying one? I teach boat owners how to get the most enjoyment out of sailing their wonderful new boat. I also teach their partners how to get comfortable with sailing and being able to take control of the boat.
We'll go over what you want to learn whether it's just a refresher or all the way up to CYA certification. I specialize in low key, enjoyable, relaxed sailing lessons that teach you what you need to know, customized to your learning style.

Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC)
■ All operators of vessels with a motor, whether or not it is in use, require a Pleasure Craft Operator Card.
■ Courses offered individually or for groups. Challenges are available. You can get your PCOC study guide from me or download the PDF.
VHF Marine Radio Operators Certificate
■ Marine Radios are an inexpensive, essential safety device for all boaters. To operate marine radios, you need the Restricted Operator Certificate (Maritime), (ROC(M)).
■ Includes Digital Selective Calling (DSC) and the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS).
■ All operators of vessels with a motor, whether or not it is in use, require a Pleasure Craft Operator Card.

Keelboat Sailing Lessons
■ On your own boat, when it fits your schedule
■ Private, one on one, or with a small group of up to four people at at time, depending on the size of the boat
■ Refreshers, introduction to sailing lessons or full CYA courses are available
■ White Sail I-III or Basic Cruising
■ Lessons are offered by day or half day
Dinghy Sailing Lessons
■ On your own boat, or your club’s boat, if permitted by your club
■ Private, one on one, and requires a boat capable of carrying yourself and your instructor, me
■ I'll be on your dinghy with you, able to demonstrate the techniques, not in a coach boat
■ Options offered include refreshers, introduction to sailing lessons and CYA courses
■ White Sail I-III, Bronze Sail IV & V and Learn to Race
■ On your own boat, when it fits your schedule

High Season (June 15th through Labour Day Weekend) : $330 a full day, and $190 a half day
Off Season: $220 a full day and $135 a half day
PCOC: $90 per person for full day with course and exam, $50 for challenge exam only
VHF: Full day or 2 evening course. Total fee is $85 + $35 for manual and $20 licensing fee, per person.

If you don't have your own boat, we now have options for you as well. All Season Instruction has partnered with another fantastic local sailing school, Simply Sailing. You can still take your lessons with me and get the same personal attention and customized lessons without the worry of having to charter a boat to learn on. This is ideal if you are looking to learn and then go on a charter holiday without needing to own a boat yourself.
